| 抄録: | A 31-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with gross hematuria and a child-head-sized mass under the right hypochondrium. She received curettage for hydatidiform mole 2 years ago. DIP revealed deformity of the renal pelvis on the right side. Selective renal angiography showed hypovascular lesion at the lower pole of the right kidney. RCG were determined to be of high level. The patient died 24 days after nephrectomy in spite of adequate chemotherapy. Metastatic chorioepithelioma in the kidney was confirmed by histological examination. |
