Each file has TEC time series which are composed of 
Time [UTC], GPS Satellite Number, Slant TEC [TEC Unit], Vertical TEC [TEC Unit], Elevation Angle [radian], Latitude [N, degree] and Longitude [E, degree] of SIP (Sub-Ionospheric Point) whose corresponding IPP (Ionospheric Piercing Point) is set to 325 km above the ground. 
The following is the list of  the names of 155 GNSS stations  with the information on the Latitude (N) and the Longitude (E) of their locations in Taiwan, which correspond to the file names such as "ankn_036.dat". 
For example, "ankn_036.dat" has the TEC time series observed at
ankn station located at Longitude 24. 81 degree (E), Latitude 121.52 on February 5 (36th day of year 2016) in 2016. Note that the Tainan earthquake occurred at 19: 57[UTC] on February 5, 2016.
