Abstract

I had experienced a case of hors e s hoe kidney with tuberculosis, who was a farm-worker, 31 years old. I took a X-Ray examination a nd histological investigation. As a result, I knew that the most important element of diagnosis is roentogenographic method, especially perirenal insufflation. Secondly we knew that ought to h istological investigation especially end of amputation of isthmus. If we find the tubercle and other tuberculous changes in it, we must perform the chemical therapy fully, for instance PAS, Streptomycin, and others. In my case I found man y imperfectional tubercles and other tuberculous changes and injected Streptomycin for two month. Now he is very well.
