結核膀胱のレ線学的研究 第II篇:キモグラフィーによる動態時膀胱

Abstract

The contractility of the bladder wall at urination w as studied in 5 cases of a normal bladder and in 34 cases of a tuberculous bladder resulting from unilateral renal tuberculosis, taking the voiding cystogram by continual or step cymography. 1) In cases of normal bladder none of them s h owed the same contracting velocity of the right wall and the left wall, but the right wall contracted more rapidly than the left. 2) In cases of tuberculous bladder there were found 20 cases (58.8 %) with insuffi c ient contraction of the wall belonging to the side of invaded renal tuberculosis, and in 13 cases of the remainder there occurred on the contrary an insufficient contraction of the wall belonging to the side of the normal kidney, and in one case no difference in contractility of vesical wall could be found between the right side and the left side. 3) The insufficient contractility of the vesical wall on the side o f the involved kidney varied slightly between the right and the left, and it was observed more frequently as the vesical capacity decreased or the renal involvement advanced.
