Abstract

In a series of my studies, observation on the t e s t icular biopsy of hypogonadal male will be presented. In this present paper, a basic introductive survey is discussed. Recently, information of the male hypogonadism has been considerab l y accumulated by the application of testicular biopsy. I undertook 157 times of the biopsy in 130 cases of this condition during past 5 years, however, normal testicular histology through the life span of man is described in this paper. Review of literature c o ncerning the technique of the biopsy and classification of male hypogonadiasm, as well as statistical observation on the condition is presented.
