泌尿器科領域における抗生物質使用についての再吟味

Abstract

We used the tetracycline with natrium-meta-phosphate orally-AcV., tetracycline for intravenous use-AcM. and chloramphenicol topical-CM topical for the several infections of the urinary tract dividing in 5 groups. I group was applied AcV. 0.5 g every 6 hours orally, II group 0.25 g AcV. every 6 hours orally, III group 100 mg AcM every 12 hours intravenously, IV group 50 mg AcM every 12 hours intravenously and V group was applied CM-topical. The standard on the judgement of the effect was th e disappearance of the cloud of the urine, of the leucocyte in the urine and of the bacterium in the urine. We reported the clinical results about the methods of the application, the dosis of drugs, the concentration in the blood and the excretion in the urine and discussed the relation between these conditions and the infections of the urinary tract.
