Abstract: Two cases of congenital ectopic ureteral orifice were re p orted. In the first case, a 10 year old girl, the ureter arising from the right hypoplastic kidney entered in the right side vagina of the completely duplicated uterus and vagina. The patient was treated with nephrectomy. This type of anomalies ha s not been described in the 115 cases reported in our country and also in the literatures by Thom, Gloor, Buford, Schwarz and Kjellberg. In the second case, a 13 year old girl. the megaloureter, which was one o f the double ureters arising from the right kidney opened at the vestible vagina. The uterus and vagina appear otherweise normal. Partial nephrectomy of the upper pole of the right kidney was carried out with a good result. The first case belongs to type 1 of Thom's and ty p e 2 of Iwashita and Miura's classification. The second case will be classified as type 3 of Thom and type 4 of Iwashita.
