前立腺性血清酸フォスファターゼの診断的価値 第II編

Abstract

1)過去12ヵ月間の京都大学泌尿器科を訪れた患者中前立線癌, 前立腺肥大症及び他の泌尿器科疾患を有する患者100例に(D)型及び(L)型の酒石酸を用いてP.S.A.P.を測定したが, その両者の値の間に有意の差は認めなかつた.2)正常値はT.S.A.PO-3K.A.U.及びP.S.A.P.は0.4K.A.U.とした.3)alpha-Naphtylphospheteを用いてT.S.A.Pを求め, その正常値を0.8B.U.とした.4)前立腺癌患者ではP.Tab.値の上昇例19が83%にみとめられ, PTab, 及びKind&King法による両T.S.A, P.値との間には明らかに相関々係があつた.これより判断してもPTab.は非常に信頼出来るといえる, 5)前立腺肥大症患者ではPTab.値の上昇は43, 0/o, その他の疾患々者では5796に上昇をみた, 6)全例を通じてP.Tab.値とP.S・A・Pとの間には特異な相関々係は無かつた.

1) On the examination of serum level of prostati c acid phosphatase 1-tartrate is said to be excellent substrate. We examined 100 cases with using of d-and 1-tartrate as an inhibitor. The results were as follows : 13% of them showed the differenceo ver 1.1 unit between prostatic serum acid phosphatase inactivated with d-tartrate and that inactivated with 1-tartrate. The remarkable difference was found in 5% of the patient with prostatic carcinoma, 5% with B.P.H., 4% with other urological diseases. The d-tartrate is very easily available and has inhibiting activity. 2) Accordingt o Babson's method level of total serum acid phosphatase of 45 patients were examined with (a) naphtyl-phosphate (Phosphatabs) as a substrate. On the other hand, level of P.S.A.P. and T.S.A.P. of 45 cases were examined according to Kind & King's method described in my previous paper. Comparing both results, there are no significant difference. The "Phosphatabs" is very simple, handy and convenient for examination, however, this reagent is poorly soluble and not so adequate for macroscopic colorimetry.
