尿膜管癌の根治的剔除術に人工血管(Dacron代用血管)を応用せる手術経験

Abstract

Recurrent urachal carcinoma in a 42 years old m a n was removed following ligation of the right common iliac vessels and middle vesical vessels, which occupied and invaded the right pelvic space and right half of the bladder wall. The right common iliac vessels entered into the t umor mass and enbedded tightly. Exstirpation of the tumor without dissection of the vessels was thought to be impossible. Therefore the iliac vessels from 3 cm. distal of bifurcation to the femoral vessels were removed together with the tumor and the bladder. The artificial vascular graft (Dacron graft) was used to bridge the defect of the artery. There was no sign of obstruction of the artificial vascular graft upto death o f the patient about 2 month later.
