| 抄録: | A case of primary carcinoma of the male urethra is presen t ed. A 63-year-old man was admitted to our Clinic with the chief complaint of dysuria and penile tumor of about 6 months' duration. On N o vember 21. 1958, penile amputation and castration was performed and palpable inguinal lymph nodes were excised. The histological examination revealed squamous cell carcinoma arised from urethral epithelium and metastasis to a right inguinal lymph node. It was seemed that the tumor originated from the fossa navicularis. The patient had glandular hypospadias and past history of gonorrhea. He received a total of 5, 000m g of Endoxan during the 3 months postoperative period, and no recurrence was seen. In reviewing the Japanese literatures, 43 reported cases were found |
