| 抄録: | Results of transurethral resection of bladder tumor performed in 70 cases for purpose of radical removal are reported. TUR is considere d to be the treatment of choice for accessible bladder tumors of low grade and low stage, especially for those located to the bladder neck, trigone, base and posterior wall. Period i c al cystoscopic examination following TUR bladder tumor is obligatory to discover possible new tumor which not infrequently occurs. This type of follow-up examination with repeated TUR for the new tumor has yielded satisfactory results. |
