泌尿器科領域におけるレ線照射に関する考察

Abstract

Strict standards on equipments of X-rays, structures of X-ray room and managements of individual health for roentgen techmical experts have been provided legally and customary. However, many urologists are not aware of roentgen injury and its protections. In these points of view, important problems on health management of urologist have been discussed in this report. Individual maximum possible doses, varieties of radiation exposure, actual values in REM for practical roentgenography, symptoms of roentgen injury, present status of roentgen examinations and protecting plans in 85 clinics and concrete protections for usual roentgen examinations are reviewed and discussed.
