尿管中部と交叉せる異常血管に依り発生した水腎・水尿管症の2例(遊走腎合併)

Abstract

The report deals with two cases of hydronephrosis an d hydroureter caused by abnormal blood vessel which intersected middle part of the ureter of patients having severe wandering kidney and made the ureter tightened with disturbance of passing at the standing position of the body when the kidney became ptotic. One of the cases was 23 years old man who showed abnormal blood vessel crossing the ureter at 8 cm below the renal pelvis and the other case was 16 years old man who had abnormal blood vessel pulling up the ureter at 5 cm below the renal pelvis. The patients were operated on severance of the abnormal vessels and nephropexia with subsequent cure from the symptoms.
