| 抄録: | The report deals with a case of solitary cyst of the kidney a risen in the 65 years old man. The cyst was located at the middle part of the left kidney and its capacity was 320 cubic centimeters. Nephrectomy was performed since the cyst was huge in size, strongly oppressing the surrounding renal tissue making the kidney functions to be almost defective and the inside of cyst filled with hemorrhagic content. The patient was a survivor of the Atomic Bomb exposure. |
