| 抄録: | A case of a 48-year-old man with painless bilateral testicular tumors was described. Histological examination revealed reticulum cell sarcoma. He was treated by bilateral high orchiectomy followed by intralymphatic radioisotope therapy with P31-Echiodol. During 3 months after irradiation therapy, no generalization of tumor was perceived. |
