| dc.description.abstract | 37歳男性.患者は左要背部痛を主訴とした.KUB, DIPにて左腎盂と左腎杯に結石を認め, 尿管ステント留置後に体外衝撃波結石破砕術(ESWL)を計4回施行した.KUBにて十分な破砕効果と排石を認め, 尿管ステントの抜去を試みたが, 困難であった.KUBで尿管ステントの上端に結び目が形成されたために, ステントの抜去が困難になったことが判明し, 全身麻酔下に尿管切開を行いステントを除去した | ja |
