| dc.description.abstract | 1999年5月迄の5年間に東葛病院泌尿器科で施行した手術統計について検討した.5年間の入院患者数は1269名(男1047名, 女222名), 手術件数は1098件(男938件, 女160件)で, いずれも男が大半を占めており, 年次別では年々増加傾向がみられ, 1998年度には300件を越えていた.尿路結石の手術は, 1996年度の1件, 1997年度の2件の計3件のみで, 1997年10月のESWL導入後は施行されていない.前立腺肥大症の前立腺被膜下摘除術は1994年度には手術全体の1/3を占めていたが徐々に減少し, 1998年度には約13%を占めているにすぎないのは, 内視鏡手術が増加したためと思われる.悪性腫瘍の手術は5年間に, 根治的腎摘除術13例, 腎尿管摘除術12例, 膀胱全摘除術5例, 前立腺全摘除術13例, 高位精巣摘除術3例およびTUR-BTが147例で, TUR-BTの増加に伴い悪性腫瘍の手術数が徐々に増加しており, 開腹術の症例数は殆ど横ばい状態となっている | ja |
| dc.description.abstract | We investigated the clinical statistics of the operations and inpatients since the establishment of the department in June 1994 up to May 1999. The total number of inpatients was 1, 269 (1, 047 males and 222 females), and a total of 1, 098 operations were performed. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotriopy (ESWL) was also introduced in 1997, and in addition, it seemed that the number of operations and inpatients would be increasing in future. | en |
