| 抄録: | An 80-year-old female patient with urethral carcinoma is reported. A red, easily bleeding mass at the urethral meatus was diagnosed as transitional cell carcinoma by biopsy. Complete resection of the urethra and tubeless cystostomy were performed. Postoperative M-VAC therapy a combination of methotrexate, vinblastine, adriamycin and cisplatin was employed. |
