| 抄録: | A 58-year-old female was admitted with a chief complaint of gross hematuria. A diagnosis of carcinoma of the left kidney with lymphnode metastasis was made on the basis of computerized tomography and angiography. Left nephrectomy and lymphnode dissection were performed. Histological examination revealed lymphangiomyoma, and the final clinical diagnosis was changed to lymphangiomyomatosis with pulmonary, retroperitoneal, and left renal lesions. Lymphangiomyomatosis with renal lesions is extremely rare, and differentiation from renal carcinoma is important, though difficult. |
