| 抄録: | Fourteen cases of neurogenic bladder were treated by intravenous administration of Cometamin (cycothiamine) of 900 to 3, 700 mg. Clinical symptoms, residual urine volumes and cystometnc results were comparatively studied before and after the treatment. The effect of this drug could be evaluated as follows: 2 excellent (14.3%), 6 good (42.9%), 3 fair (21.4%) and 3 non-effective (21.4%). No side effects were observed at all. |
