| 抄録: | A 27-year-old man was seen with testicular pain on the left side. An induration was palpated in the testicular parenchyma. Orchiectomy was performed. There was a tumor of 1.0×1.0 cm in the testis and the pathohistological examination revealed embryonal carcinoma. Three years and nine months later, he was found to have a mass in the upper abdomen which was an inoperable retroperitoneal tumor. Despite irradiation therapy, the patient died after explorative surgery. Malignancy and metastasis seen in such a tiny embryonal carcinoma were stressed. |
