| 抄録: | Twenty cases of urinary tract infections including acute and chronic cystitis and pyelonephritis were treated with Furadantin C, a macrocrystalized form of nitrofurantoin. Satisfactory results were obtained in eighteen of nineteen cases (one of twenty could not be traced), or in 94.2 %. Seven patients complained of nausea and anorexia, in the four of whom, however, the side effect was not so severe as the drug must be discontinued. |
