| 抄録: | A case of testicular feminization syndrome was reported. The patient was a six-year-old child who was admitted to our department because of an inguinal mass on the left side. The testis on the right side had been already removed from the inguinal region. The above-mentioned mass was removed and proved to be the testis. The external genitalia of this child was of female type. There was, however, no external urethral meatus because the urethra was open into the vagina. Laparotomy proved absence of the internal genital organs of mullerian origin. Chromosome study showed 46 XY. |
