| 抄録: | A 6-year-old boy was seen in our urological clinic with chief complaint of left intrascrotal mass. Left orchiectomy was performed with tentative diagnosis of testicular tumor. Histologically this was leiomyosarcoma arising from the spermatic cord. Retroperitoneal lymphnode dissection was done accordingly, since many previous reports stated that the lymphatic metastases were far more common than the hematogenous metastases. We also feel that radical orchiectomy and retroperitoneal lymphnode dissection is the procedure of choice for this disease. The patient is alive and enjoys his life 9 months after surgery. |
