| 抄録: | 1. Intravenous administration of 2 gms aminobenzyl-penicillin twice a day was used to protect postoperative infection to 30 urological patients. 2. Preoperative and postoperative values of Ht, WBC, S-GOT, S-GPT, total protein, BUN and PSP were compared. 3. Twenty-one of 30 cases (70%) showed sufficient effects to protect postoperative infection. 4. Side effects on bone marrow, liver and kidney were scarcely observed in our trial. 5. Drug eruption was observed in one of 30 cases. |
