| 抄録: | Pharmaceutical effect of a new antispasmodic agent (Oxapium iodide) was experimentally studied by electroureteromyogram. Electroureteromyogram was inhibited to appear with an administration of even a small dosage of 50µg/kg. The more dosage injected, the more quick, long-lasting and stronger suprression of action potential was observed. Papaverine-like action of this agent was considered to be important as far as electroureteromyogram is concerned. |
