| 抄録: | A case of sarcoma botryoides of the bladder in infant is reported. A 4-year and 11-month-old girl visited our hospital on June 15, 1973, with macroscopic hematuria, high fever and dysuria as chief complaints. They were observed about one month before admission. Total cystectomy combined with ileal conduit and chemotherapy was performed, and she was discharged 38 days later. She has still good conditions without evidence of recurrence or metastasis 7 months after operation. Review of the cases reported in Japan and some discussions concerning sarcoma botryoides of the bladder were made. |
