| 抄録: | A 51-year-old woman was admitted because of terminal miction pain and pollakisuria. About 4 months ago, gastrectomy had been performed, and histology of resected tumor in the stomach revealed adenocarcinoma. Cystoscopically, there was a nodular tumor at the vertex of the urinary bladder. Transurethral resection of the bladder tumor was done, and its histological finding was adenocarcinoma. |
