市立堺病院泌尿器科創設後10年間(1964年～1973年)の入院患者の臨床統計

Abstract

Statistical studies on 2, 502 cases, admitted to the Urological Department of Sakai Municipal Hospital from 1964 to 1973 was done and reported herein. The sex and age distribution on each disease was pointed out and the brief tendency of treatment was clarified. The number of patients admitted over than 60 y. o. gradully increased recently. The highest incidence of disease was urinary calculi (30.5 %) and then malignant tumor of genitourinary system (20.3 %). The highest incidence among malignant tumor was bladder tumor but prostatic hyperplasia was the highest among the benign. 1, 801 surgeries were done during this period. Ureterolithotomy (19.2 %), retropubic prostatectomy (6.8 %) and nephrectomy (6.5 %) were the major surgery showing a high incidence. Hemodialysis was started in 1969 and 37 uremic patients were treated these 4 years.
