| 抄録: | Amoxycillin (AMPC) was administered to 25 cases of acute urinary tract infection having no complication at the daily dose of 750 to 1, 000 mg for the purpose of evaluating its efficacy. 1) The clinical effectiveness rate of the test drug was 72%. 2) The clinical effectiveness rate in 17 cases of acute urinary tract infection in which ABPC-sensitive bacteria were pathogenic was 94%. The sensitivity to ABPC seems to be well correlated with the clinical efficacy of AMPC. 3) As side effects, eruption appeared in 2 cases and gastrointestinal disorder in 1 case, but no severe side effect was seen. |
