尿路結石の分析 --秋田大学泌尿器科における赤外線分光分析結果および本邦3123個の結石分析報告の集計について--

Abstract

The chemical composition of ninety-four urinary calculi in Akita University was studies by infrared spectroscopy. The calculi contained oxalate, phosphate, uric acid and cystine were 62 (67%), 71 (77%), 4 (4%) and 1 (1%) in the total stones. The ratio among the calculi of the upper urinary tract, contained above compositions was 1.00: 0.95: 0.07: 0.02, respectively. The statistic observation on the chemical compositions of 3, 123 urinary calculi reported in Japan since 1956 revealed as follows: the calculi contained oxalate, phosphate, uric acid and cystine were 2, 082 (67%), 2, 244 (72%), 372 (12%) and 35 (1%), in the total stones. The ratio among the upper urinary tract was 1.00: 1.00: 0.10: 0.01, respectively.
