| 抄録: | Robaveron was administered intramuscularly to 21 patients with neurogenic bladder one ampule per day for successive 21 days. The effect was evaluated by amount of residual urine, cystometric curve and subjective symptoms. 1) Fourteen out of 21 patients (66%) showed clinical response. 2) Residual urine decreased in 12 of 21 patients (57%). 3) The maximum voiding pressure rose more than 20 cmH2O in 11 of 21 (57%). 4) Effective detrusor pressure (the maximum voiding pressure minus resting pressure) rose more than 10cmH2O in 12 of 21 (57%). 5) In one case, urinary incontinence became enhanced due to increased spasm and the drug was discontinued. Otherwise, no remarkable side effects were experienced. |
