| 抄録: | Twenty-four cases of complicated urinary tract infections were treated with sodium (28, 5R, 6R)-6-[(R) -2- (4-hydroxy-l, 5-naphthyridine-3-carboxamido) -2-phenylacetamido] -3, 3-dimethyl-7 -oxo-4-thia-I-azabicyclo [3.2.0] heptane-2-carboxylate (PC-904, a new semisynthettc penicillin). 2 g of PC-904 was administered for 7 to 15 days and the following results were obtained. 1) Clinical effectiveness was excellent or good in all the cases. 2) Causative organisms in urine were eradicated in all the cases but one of E. coli. 3) As to the side effects of PC-904, no remarkable changes were found in hematological, liver and renal functions. |
