| 抄録: | Ureteroneocystostomy using free-end technique was conducted in 7 cases. Of these, 6 were cases of ureteral injury following gynecological surgery and one, a case of partial cystectomy. Follow-up observation was continued for more than 2 years. None of the cases showed vesicoureteral reflex, and hydronephrosis improved in all but one case. The results of this technique proved to be accurate and reliable. |
