成人男子にみられた尿管異所開口の1例 -本邦男子尿管異所開口44例の統計的考察-

Abstract

A case of ectopic ureteral opening into the seminal vesicle was reported. The patient was a 22-yearold man who complained of perineal and anal pain. The right kidney could not be detected even by excretory urography and aortography. The transvasal seminal vesiculography showed cystic dilatation of the right seminal vesicle. On cystoscopy, right ureteral orifice was absent and cystic elevation of the right side of trigone was observed. Transrectal digital examination revealed a cystic mass on the right side above the prostate. November 22, 1979, right nephro-ureterectomy with partial resection of the seminal vesicle was performed under the diagnosis of ectopic ureteral opening into the seminal vesicle. Histological diagnosis was right hypoplastic kidney. Forty-four cases of male ectopic ureteral opening could be collected from the Japanese literature 1941 to 1979, and they were reviewed.
