乳児両側性陰嚢乳糜腫の1例

Abstract

A two-month-old boy with scrotums enlarged bilaterally, was referred from the pediatric department because milk-like fluid was aspirated from the right scrotum. Lipograph of the fluid showed it to be chyle. Left scrotal contents had no transillumination. The patient presented no other symptoms suggesting filariasis. Diagnosis was made as bilateral nonparasitic chylocele in infant. Only one case of chylocele in infant was reported at present, but it was a unilateral case. The patient achieved spontaneous cure after several aspirations of the bilateral scrotums.
