| 抄録: | Infectious complications are often of considerable concern in planning antineoplastic drug therapy. Laminar air flow room is effective for the purpose of infection prevention but there is no bioclean room in our hospital. We designed the sterilized isolation room and tried the chemotherapy for 2 patients of testicular cancer with pulmonary metastasis in that room. The severe infection was prevented when the leucocyte count was less than 500/mm3 and it was possible to carry out the planned therapy completely. The sterilized isolation room is useful for the chemotherapy of cancer because of cheap cost and good result. |
