| 抄録: | Since pelvic lipomatosis was first described by Engels in 1959, approximately 90 cases have been reported. We reviewed 88 reported cases, 84 males and 4 females, ranging in age from 9 to 80 years old. Of the patients 24 were white, 48 were black and 16 were not specified or unknown. 59 of them underwent biopsy of the pelvic mass. 32 were followed during 1 month to 13 years. Only 1 case died of uremia. Some of them were successfully treated by surgical procedures or conservative therapies. The others were uneventful without any treatments. |
