Urodynamic検査による骨盤腔内手術後の膀胱機能障害の研究

Abstract

Urodynamic studies consisting of cystometry, uroflowmetry and urethral pressure profile were applied to 23 patients with bladder dysfunction following the intrapelvic operation such as radical total hysterectomy and radical resection for anorectal carcinomas. On the cysto- and uroflow-metrograms, hypotonic bladder was shown in 11 patients and hypertonic bladder in 8, and posterior urethral resistance was noticed in 4 on urethral pressure profile. While hypotonic bladder was observed in most of patients after hysterectomy, both hypotonic and hypertonic bladders were found half and half in patients with anorectal surgery. The frequency, abnormal patterns and pathogenesis of the bladder function were also reviewed on the literature.
