| 抄録: | The present paper presents heterotransplantation of human anaplastic prostatic carcinoma transplanted in the nude mice to the nude rats. The transplantation was performed in 5 rats, and all rats successfully received the tumor fragment. These transplanted tumors grew rapidly. Histology and growth curve of human prostatic carcinoma transplanted in the nude mouse showed no change before or after the heterotransplantation to the nude rat. The nude rat would become widely used in cancer research, immunology and the study of infectious diseases. |
