| 抄録: | A 15-year-old girl was admitted with the chief complaint of macrohematuria. Angiogram revealed a hypervascular renal tumor. Nephrectomy and anterior scalene lymph node biopsy were performed and renal cell carcinoma with distant lymph node metastasis was confirmed. After surgery, the patient was treated with chemotherapy, but her condition gradually worsened. She died six months after operation. Sixty cases of renal cell carcinoma in childhood reported in Japan are reviewed. Diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis are briefly discussed. |
