| 抄録: | Thirty female patients with acute simple cystitis were treated with oral cefradine at a daily dose of 750 mg or 1, 000 mg for 3, 4 or 5 days, and the therapeutic results were evaluated by the criteria proposed by the UTI Committee, Japan. 1) The overall clinical efficacies of treatment were excellent in 26 (86.7%), moderate in 3 (10.0%) and poor in only one. Overall effectiveness rate was 96.7%. 2) As to drug-related side effects, stomach ache and eruption were observed in two patients. The results indicated that cefradine is very effective and safe drug for acute simple cystitis. |
