| 抄録: | The clinical effect of Netilmicin was studied in patients with complicated urinary tract infection. The results obtained were as follows. (1) Netilmicin was administered by intramuscular injection at the daily doses 150mg or 200mg for 5 days. The overall clinical efficacy based on the criteria of the UTI Study Committee was evaluated as excellent in 2 cases, moderate in 4 cases and poor in 4 cases. The effective ratio was 60%. (2) No side effects were observed except minimal elevation of BUN in one case. |
