| 抄録: | Two-man joint stock buniness organization can already be found in the early Spring and Autumn period in the 8-7th centuries, B.C. In the T'ang-Sung period we find joint stock organizations invested and run by more than two men as well as those which included investors not participated in management, while in the Sung period there emerged the kind of organization where investment and management were completely separated. In this period joint stock enterprise was found in such lines of business as money-lender, pawn-shop, rice-pounder, and trade and commerce. |
