| 抄録: | This brief note aims at reminding you the danger of gas ballast valves on oil rotary vacuum pumps if they are used to pump helium. If your pumps are equipped with the gas ballast valves, you should frequently confirm that they are tightly closed to prevent mixing air to the recovered helium gas. You had better plug such valves, if possible. Monitoring the purity of the recovered helium gas at laboratory will help you to detect the trouble efficiently. |
