抄録: | About the Ihe political change arisen in Gaochang in 613, it is supposed that the King of Gaochang, Qu Boya's reform was the main cause. This paper aims to analyze about the purpose and process of this reform, and to investigate its relation to the political change. The reform was to abolish queue and hufu 胡服 influenced by North Asian nomadic tribes, and introduce the Chinese system of nobleman's dress and headdress. At first, it was promoted by the Qu Boya's order, and later, responding to it, the Sui 隋 Emperor Yangdi 煬帝 issued the imperial edict. I think that on the part of Qu Boya, he tried to introduce the system of nobleman's dress and headdress, aiming to strengthen sovereign power, by availing himself an opportunity, namely, conflict between Western Tujue 西突厥 and Tiele 鐵勒. It is supposed, however, that on the part of Yangdi who took the active policy toward the Central Asia, found a chance in the Qu Boya's order, and forced the system of nobleman's dress and headdress that have Chinese Emperor on the top, on Gaochang to exert Sui's influence. After all, because of threat of Tiele, Qu Boya gave up the reform. However, this was a reasonable result. He must have resigned his power when he accepted the system of nobleman's dress and headdress that was forced by Yangdi. |
