| 抄録: | Various sources of atmospheric electric fields and their characteristics are surveyed first. The measurement technique of electric fields with a DC type field mill is analyzed second, and then the antenna method for DC electric fields, currents and conductivity, and for AC electric fields is analyzed. Practical uses of these techniques are briefly described. |
