ブータン王国における高齢者ケア計画の概要

Abstract

カリンで実施した高齢者健診が2011年11月にブータン東部モンガルで開かれた全国保健会議で認められ、2013年度からの第11次ブータン王国国家五カ年計画に取り入れることが推奨された。現在、カリン地区を続けながらタシガン県全域、ワンディポダン県のサムテガン地区、トンサ県のクウンガラブテン地区、ブムタン県のタンおよびチュメイ地区へと地域を拡げている途上である。我々は、生活の場に根ざした持続可能な高齢者健診体制の構築を目指しているが、現段階で、予算や人材など様々な課題を抱えている。今後、患者、住民、村に住むVHW、BHU スタッフ、県の保健スタッフ、中央保健省スタッフとの協議を重ね、健診を現実的に普及可能な体制に改善していく必要がある。

On November 7th to 9th, 2011, 1st Biennial Health Conference was held in Mongar, Bhutan. There, Ministry of Health, the Royal Government of Bhutan, adopted the recommendation which said "Acknowledging the impact of pilot project on Elderly care which was instituted at Khaling BHU, the forum recommended to explore the possibility of gradually rolling over the project in the country. It was also recommended to integrate elderly care into the primary health care system during the 11th FYP" To explore the possibility of gradually rolling over the project in the country, we are now trying to expand the areas from Khaling to the whole Trashigang District, Samtegang in Wangdue Phodrang District, Kunga Rabten in Trongsa District, Tang and Chumey in Bumthang District.
