精神障害者に対して支援者側が抱く新たなイメージの形成にむけて

Abstract

People with mental diseases are seen as a stereotype "psychotic" and often suffer disadvantages. Even support persons are at risk for stereotyping people with mental diseases and for supporting them beyond necessity. For shaping of dynamic rather than stereotypic images in terms of support persons, we discuss the concept of the dialogical theory of Hermans & Kempen (1993/2006). As a consequence of this concept, we are able to take account of not only "I as a person with a mental disability" and "I as a support person" but also "I as a healthy person" and "I as a general citizen." Then we are able to see the images of psychosis dynamically.
