戦前期大阪における公園道路網計画と桃ヶ池・田邊公園道路の形成

Abstract

本研究は，1928(昭和3)年に都市計画決定した総合大阪都市計画の公園道路を対象に，公園道路網計画の詳細と，その一部である桃ヶ池・田邊公園道路の実現過程を明らかにするものである．本研究の結果，大阪市の公園道路網計画が自然の風致を活かした系統的な公園連絡を意図したものであったこと，この公園道路網の一部である桃ヶ池公園道路において，沿道地主の主体的な意志と大阪府建築課との協働により，壁面線後退を活用した良好な景観の形成が目指されていたことを明らかにした．また，同公園道路の設計及び整備の具体的内容とその変遷を示し，公園道路の形成の過程を明らかにした．

This paper aims to show the details of park system planning of Comprehensive City Planning in Osaka in 1928, and to show the formation process of parkway which were realized in Momogaike and Tanabe district. We explored that the parkway network in Osaka City was a systematic park system planning utilizing the scenic beauty of nature, and that in the formation process of Momogaike Parkway which was constructed as a part of the park system, landowners of roadside have endeavored to get approval of the setback line system for the formation of good landscape of parkway by collaboration with Osaka Urban Building Division. We also revealed the specific contents and the transition of the design of parkway.
